Training Designed Around Your Business
Generic training does not always address the realities of a particular organisation. Teams have different responsibilities, levels of digital confidence and ways of working.
We therefore design each engagement around the tools being used, the roles of the participants and the outcomes the business would like to achieve. Training can support systems implemented by PPS or technology that the business already uses.
Initial Consultation
The process begins with an initial consultation to understand your business, the team requiring training and the knowledge or skills that need to be strengthened.
We discuss the systems involved, current challenges, number of participants, preferred delivery format and the practical outcomes expected from the training.
Training Needs Review
Following the consultation, we review the information provided and determine the appropriate training content, format and duration.
The programme may focus on system onboarding, digital workflows, practical workplace AI, prompt development, responsible AI use or other agreed areas relevant to the business.
Training Proposal
PPS then provides a tailored proposal outlining the training objectives, content, delivery format, duration, participant capacity, supporting materials and cost.
Once the proposal has been approved, the training programme is prepared around the agreed scope.
Training Delivery
Training may be delivered virtually or in person, depending on the requirements and location of the team.
Sessions combine clear explanations, relevant demonstrations and practical exercises that help participants understand how to apply what they have learned within their roles.
Where appropriate, time is included for questions, guided practice and discussion of challenges specific to the organisation.
Training Materials
The business will receive the supporting materials agreed upon in the proposal. These may include presentation slides, user guides, reference materials or recorded demonstrations where applicable.
Any additional sessions, refresher training or post-training assistance requested after the agreed scope has been completed will be quoted separately or billed as continued support.
Responsible Use of AI
Where AI training is provided, we emphasise appropriate human oversight, careful review of AI-generated outputs and responsible handling of business information.
The training is designed to help employees understand both the value and limitations of AI rather than use it without judgement or accountability.

Training is quoted according to the subject matter, level of customisation, duration, delivery format and number of participants.
