Initial Consultation

We discuss how work currently moves through the business, which systems are already being used and where delays, duplication or unnecessary manual work may be occurring.
Systems and Solutions Review
Following the consultation, we evaluate the information provided and determine which digital systems, workflow improvements, automation or AI applications may be appropriate.
We then present our recommended solution and explain how it could improve the relevant area of the business.
Proposal and Implementation
Based on the recommended solution, PPS prepares a tailored proposal outlining the scope of work, systems involved, deliverables, responsibilities, timeframe and cost.
Once the proposal has been approved, we begin configuring and implementing the agreed systems and workflows. The implementation process may include process redesign, system setup, automation, testing, documentation and preparation for team adoption.
Testing and Handover
Before handover, the implemented solution is tested to confirm that it functions according to the agreed scope. Any necessary refinements are completed before the system is introduced into the business.
The client receives the relevant system documentation, user guidance and agreed implementation materials. Where team training is required, this will be included in the proposal or quoted as a separate Team Training engagement.
Responsible AI Implementation
AI should support informed human work rather than replace appropriate judgement and oversight.
When AI forms part of a solution, we consider its purpose, limitations, information requirements and potential risks. Clients remain responsible for ensuring that confidential, personal or regulated information is handled appropriately within any third-party platform.
Third-Party Platforms
Software subscriptions, licences and specialist development costs are not included unless specifically stated in the proposal.
Where advanced development, cybersecurity, legal or technical expertise is required, PPS may recommend or coordinate with an appropriately qualified service provider.
Investment
Each implementation is quoted according to the complexity of the solution, the number of systems involved and the level of configuration, integration and support required.
A tailored quotation will be provided after the recommended solution has been presented and before implementation begins.
