Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective date: 15 January 2026
Last updated: 20 July 2026

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to digital products, consultations, training and consulting services supplied by Pretty Productive Studio (“PPS”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

This policy must be read with our Terms of Service and any accepted proposal, quotation or service agreement. Nothing in this policy limits any consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Digital Products

Digital products are normally delivered or made available electronically shortly after payment.

Where permitted by law, a change-of-mind refund may not be available after a digital product has been downloaded, accessed or delivered. This does not remove any statutory rights relating to defective products, incorrect products, duplicate charges, misrepresentation or products that materially differ from their description.

If you experience a technical problem accessing a purchased product, please contact us so that we can attempt to restore access or provide a replacement copy.

Refund requests must include the purchaser’s name, email address, order number, purchase date and reason for the request.

Initial Consultations

Where an initial consultation is offered without charge, no refund will apply.

Where a consultation or advisory session is paid, the booking will be confirmed only after the required payment has been received.

A client may request to reschedule a paid consultation by providing at least 24 hours’ written notice. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

A cancellation, missed appointment or rescheduling request made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a reasonable cancellation charge, taking into account the time reserved, preparation completed and ability to offer the appointment to another client.

Team Training

Training dates are reserved once the proposal has been accepted and the required payment has been received.

Requests to reschedule must be submitted in writing as early as reasonably possible. Rescheduling is subject to facilitator availability, venue arrangements, participant numbers and any costs already incurred.

If training is cancelled by the client, PPS may charge a reasonable amount for preparation completed, time reserved, materials produced, non-recoverable expenses and other work performed before cancellation.

The specific cancellation and rescheduling terms for a training engagement may also be stated in the accepted proposal.

Consulting and Implementation Projects

Project deposits secure capacity and allow PPS to begin planning and delivery. Deposits are applied toward the agreed project fee and are not automatically refundable after work has commenced.

If a client cancels a project, the client must provide written notice. PPS will calculate the value of work completed, time reasonably reserved, deliverables supplied and non-recoverable costs incurred up to the cancellation date.

Any amount properly due to PPS remains payable. If payments received exceed the amount reasonably due, the refundable balance will be returned to the client.

Completed project phases and accepted deliverables are not refundable merely because the client later changes direction or decides not to use them.

Client Delays and Inactivity

Clients are responsible for providing information, access, approvals and feedback within the agreed timeframe.

If a project is delayed because the client does not provide what is reasonably required, PPS may revise the delivery schedule, pause the engagement or charge reasonable restart or additional-work fees where these have been communicated and approved.

If a client remains unresponsive for [30] calendar days after written follow-up, PPS may treat the project as inactive. Any restart will be subject to availability and may require a revised timeframe or quotation.

Scope Changes

Refunds are not provided for work completed according to an approved scope because the client later requests a different outcome.

Changes to approved deliverables, systems, training content or project requirements may require a written change approval and additional fees.

Third-Party Costs

Software subscriptions, licences, venue costs, travel, specialist-provider charges and other third-party expenses are subject to the relevant provider’s cancellation and refund terms.

Where PPS has already incurred an authorised non-refundable cost on the client’s behalf, that amount may be deducted from any refund due.

Cancellation by PPS

If PPS must cancel or cannot complete a service, we may offer a suitable rescheduled date, an alternative arrangement or a refund of the portion paid for services that have not been delivered.

PPS will not retain payment for work it has not performed, except for authorised and non-recoverable costs already incurred, subject to applicable law.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method where reasonably possible.

Processing times may depend on the payment provider or financial institution. PPS will process refunds within the period required by applicable law.

How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

Requests must be sent in writing to:

Pretty Productive Studio
Email: info@prettyproductivestudio.com

Please include your full name, business name, order or invoice number, service or product purchased, reason for the request and any supporting information.

Submitting a request does not automatically guarantee a refund. Each request will be assessed according to this policy, the accepted service documents and applicable law.

Exceptional Circumstances

We recognise that unexpected circumstances may arise. PPS may consider reasonable alternative arrangements, credits, rescheduling or refunds on a case-by-case basis.

Any discretion exercised by PPS does not remove or reduce rights available under applicable law.

Policy Changes

We may update this policy when our services, business practices or legal obligations change.

The version applicable to a purchase or engagement will generally be the version in effect when the relevant transaction or agreement was concluded, unless a later change is required by law.
