All digital products are non-refundable once purchased.

Assessments & One-Time Services

All assessments, intensives, and one-time services are non-refundable, as time and resources are allocated upon booking.

Ongoing Services & Retainers

Once services have commenced, payments are non-refundable. Any cancellation terms will be outlined in individual service agreements where applicable.

  • Week 1

    The first phase establishes visibility. Participants review how work currently moves through their business, from client onboarding to delivery, communication, and internal coordination. Informal processes are mapped and documented, and key strain points are identified.

  • Week 2

    Once visibility is established, workflows are formalised into repeatable structures. Participants design clearer execution pathways for core activities, reducing reliance on memory and ad-hoc decision-making. Priority processes are refined to ensure consistency and accountability.

  • Week 3

    This phase introduces structured documentation and responsibility alignment. Participants establish documentation habits, clarify roles where applicable, and reduce unnecessary founder dependency. Decision pathways are clarified to prevent bottlenecks.

  • Week 4

    In the final phase, systems are aligned to support stability. Participants review tools, communication flow, and decision structures to ensure they are supporting, not complicating, execution. Adjustments are made to solidify the operational foundation.
